You can probably scratch the 6,000 cops, after witnessing their past performance.
Anyone who thinks these forces are going to be standing around for a month at maximum readiness is out of their mind. This is going down in a matter of days if not hours. They aren't going to keep the prisons locked down indefinitely either.
Of course I don't have a clue what is going to happen, but either the mission happens in the next few days or these LEO's/troops are going to start experiencing some issues given their housing, standing around, morale, etc. They are national guard troops, not spec ops guys living out in the field for a living.
