Q has been teaching us for years how to learn the enemies comms. What if many of Q posts are carefully placed bait for their enemy to pick up on and use as comms against them? This would be the DS's m.o. precisely, to signal to their enemy that they actually are checkmating them and to give up in a way to intimidate every one of their enemies without risk of the message ever being revealed to the public (so they think).

This would fit into the narrative that the whole purpose of Q is to reassure us of the plan rather than to be doomed into an action that would only hurt us and hurt the plan.

Some of us might see the comms as genuine threats of the enemy, but we trust Q and the plan because he has shown us how to see anything about either side's comms.

But most of us will just see it as comms from Q and team too, reassurance that the plan is working.

We know that the game here is a bluff on both sides. Who has the actual weight behind their bluff though? DS is the only one capable of calling it in their position now. They might try and make threats all they like, but I think it's obvious they are the ones truly bluffing.
