I think this is the answer.

How do we know that when PV post something to Twitter, how widespread the Tweet goes out. I mean really, what if PV's information just bounces around inside the echo chamber, how much harm is that.

Literally hundreds of times, I left tweets on leftist tweets saying they were Bots. I only got two replies back. What does that tell you.
