In our case, political opponents wouldn't be "wrongfully detained." They would be lawfully detained.

Maybe try re-reading the tweet. It doesn't say what you are assuming it to say.

Look at ALL of his other tweets. Literally ALL of them have to do with other countries and how they operate globally or towards their own citizens.
