So what happens when Biden is sworn in and is informed that secretly martial law was declared and that he's not allowed to do anything? The only way to legally remove a sitting president is impeachment. Q has repeatedly indicated that it is desirable that things are done "by the book" in order to preserve the sanctity of the legal system.

If you don't want the public to think there is a coup, you present the evidence that these people are who you are accusing them of being. You think that "we've just arrested everyone including your new president and now we're in control -- Chris Miller" is going to be easier for the sheep to swallow?

Biden being allowed to publicly pretend to be president (and what of the decisions that he makes? Who is going to tell him he's not allowed to make any decisions? You reckon anyone will notice?) for a couple weeks is not part of the plan. It does not make sense.
