I have been screaming this for a while now, according to biblical prophecy the whore of babylon must first be defeated (which I believe is happening now) for the antichrists rise in power to take place. Seems everything is in place for everyone to fall for a great delusion.

You are correct- scripture makes it pretty clear that the anti-christ must come before the millennial reign:

Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
