What do you think will happen with the banking system? If we reincorporate then debts do not carry on, I get that for the new USA, but what about individuals debts? Banks in general what happens to their funds not being enough to cover their exposure?

Great question I was wondering about myself. I guess we're just going to have to wait and see.
If you destroy the wealth of the people that have worked and saved all their lives, you have accomplished nothing for the nation.
The plan may get rough, but it had better keep people whole or it is going to start another war on the heels of the one we are currently fighting. You don't leave people nothing to lose.
for it to be practical only one change at a time.
going back to gold standard will be a big enough change/challenge. if that actually happens then maybe over time all fiat denominated loan will just resolve themselves.
that is assuming the unbacked fiat dollars will still have some value in the short to medium term. historical precedent says that it will indeed continue to have value for a while due to inertia or if there is a conversion mechanism between the fiat dollars and the gold backed.
Seems like a stable plan.
Dude! Who knows? This is a hard one for me to wrap my brain around. Forgive everyone’s debt? Seems wild, so many worked their asses off to exterminate their debt. People are reckless and bad even if they don’t drink baby blood, should we just reward them for being cunts? I don’t know what happens but I will feel resentment if everyone is just flush on cash and able to pump. I work hard to separate myself from the have-nots and I enjoy the fruits of my labor in places where I don’t have to associate with the Hunter Bidens of the world. I don’t want to see them or their seven kids. Let’s see what happens.
Yes I’m a business owner myself and wonder if I’ll get left holding a bag for most of our accounts receivables. I’m all for the greater good of this country and if I must do my part so be it, just stinks thinking about what was already lost last year for so many like me.
