when Q puts the brackets around letters, [F], how are we supposed to interpret this?

What is GS, FVEY, EC, GJ.

Why are certain abbr. in [] and others not?

The only thing I think I understand in that is GS=George Soros. Not sure of the rest of the abbreviations though..

FVEY is five eye, that group of 5 counties that share intel and can spy on the other countries citizens.

EC may be that Eric Ciarmarella dude. GJ is Grand Jury.
