This place is going to turn right into TDW if this stuff isn't taken care of. How many more fire at the capital posts do we need?

Review the Rules listed on the website's Sidebar. Duplicate posts are explicitly against the rules of the community; users should check the front page and/or New before posting, especially if something is a news story. There are folks who do post here every day or night, and therefore you can almost guarantee whatever you're posting has already been shared. The more posts there are, the harder it is for everyone to find the best content on the site. These expectations help make the community a better place for everybody. Our Rules are not arbitrary; they reflect the desires of the users which is clear in the fact that you're seeing negative feedback on posts like this.
