i don't see what real difference this makes if they are going to take them all down for various crimes - who the damn lawyer is - who cares - they can appoint anyone they want for the proceedings. you might also ask why the lawyer wasn't appointed 1-2-3-6 months ago when Trump was in full control.

this reads more like a little cat and mouse toying game and also matches with one the of RED codes Red 6 Sec of Def Instruct.
