Important thing to note. He would have just said “peaceful transition of power.” (Period)
The fact that he even used peaceful transition (of/to) MILITARY— the word military— is strange.
Either a fraudian slip (a la the slurred word before hand)

The thing I noticed was that he said "Happy Holiday"... Wasn't there a post or comment in here sometime over the weekend about saying "Happy Holiday!" For today's holiday just to piss people off?
