Look at what he said... report to chain of command. Not the FBI. Not the police. Report it up the military chain of command. They aren't going to give the deep state a chance to ruin good men's lives over a few heated words. They will probably just pull them from duty or move them somewhere else. Unless they are like seriously plotting to murder someone which is unlikely.
