Did the military write a unique program defining and implementing every actor and action possible in US and international politics, then run it trillions of times through a quantum computer which has laid out every single move over the last four years? ?

It's not a conspiracy theory if it's true! I just take issue with the misuse of the word quantum.

Edit:Dwave does use quantum tech however. Like by definition.
