That isn’t my interpretation of the word slave in the context of serving Jesus at all! I use it because I know how sinful, lost, insignificant, and loathsome I am, yet still received God’s grace, and the joy of serving our God in the absolute “lowest” capacity is infinitely better than anything of this world.

The best thing about Trump and the last 7 years is that I believe there are those who have seen the false worship and idolatry of literally everyone on the political spectrum, and have instead placed their faith and trust wholly in Christ.
If you are spending more time in the day reading about politics than your Bible, it’s time to question whether you are in the faith.
