Well I think at this point, there is next to zero chance Trump is sworn in on the 20th. Could something happen that pushes the date... or something like that, I guess.... who knows.

My guess would be the military steps in, does something.... outside of that who knows.

I think you may be correct in that not on the 20th.

However I will say I'm 99% sure he will be our next president whenever his inauguration/swearing in takes place.
