I know what you mean. I got my last statement for my 401k for 2020 and for the year I was up 17%. This was after being down 40% after the start of CV - a nearly 60% gain. And I didn't do anything!

I’m sorry to hear about your retirement. I don’t even participate in 401k’s anymore after 2008 for that exact reason.

I know! The market is crazy right now for zero reason at all. I know people who are trying to average down and all this and I’m like man... either you know something I don’t or you just have money to burn.

I honestly think the whole world is at the end of a debt cycle right now and just about every country is totally broke. I believe that’s part of the reason for dragging this covid thing out for as long as they have. Look at all the taxpayer services we’ve been denied for almost a year now.

I think they tried to hide it until they could complete the great reset we’ve recently started hearing about. There’s nothing great about it for us, it’s just a way for the elites to continue to take our money after they did a horrible job of governing.

I don’t know where the world goes from here but I hope it’s down a completely different path than we’ve been on for the last 100 years or so.

Dollars need to be backed by something solid or they’re worth less than the paper they’re printed on.
