Theory on RED2 Comms blackout..

Was thinking about it...

RED2 = Communications blackout (nationwide)

What did this mean exactly?

Did it mean... we would experience a full blown nationwide blackout of all communications??? Maybe not...

What if.... The censoring... is being forced and being done on purpose by white hats?

What if... This is their way of preventing "The Plan" from being truly revealed to the masses. As we know if everyone awakens to the plan, then it could lead to the foiling of the plan.

I am starting to believe RED2 was the censorship, and it was done by white hats on purpose.

I was thinking this censorship had to be done by white hats as well. There's no way these people are stupid enough to think they can get away with banning everyone... right?
