What are the two smaller round gauges reading?
Top is high noon and bottom is due south. I just want to know what those dials are for. I was doing some research and this is an IWC Pilots watch chronograph. I just cant track the correct model year down so far.
Those extra dials are a time counter Top dial is minutes and hours set at zero in picture - lower one is seconds set at 30

Makes me think of Zero dark Thirty.
Those are a time counter, the lower one is seconds pictured at 30 seconds the upper one is minutes and hours pictured zeroed out.
