Obama has plenty to criticize, but this is out of context. I spent about 5min researching it - that's literally all it took.

Go to 2:09 and watch until 3:50 (OP's portion starts at 3:45.) He starts by declaring the virtues of the American system and then talks about a competing vision of humanity... that's where OP's video comes in.
