If it can be proven it was deliberately made, and Gates, Fauci, Obama ( with our tax dollars) supplies funding, publicly charging them with crimes against humanity. Their only defense would be to provide evidence it was just a flu. I think the only thing that could wake people up at this point would be hearing it from the people who have scared them so badly that they made it up. The press would be forced to admit it, or attack them.
