Part of Satan worship is they must use symbolism to convey their Satanic ties in public. So if Biden's campaign picked the number of the devil for their campaign, that's because they have to fulfill this requirement. But God is in control, for sure. God doesn't troll as much as He is a master of understatement. For example: "The way of the sinner is hard." DS bout to find out!
