If he were banking on the Supreme Court, that would be the worst decision ever because RBG didn't die until right before the election. Unless he left the plan until one month before the election or killed RBG, I don't think he would have had the Supreme Court on his radar.

Order of succession. It would generally be Nancy Pelosi as Speaker. Then I believe it would be Chuck Grassley as President Pro Tempore of the Senate. But I think they will be among those arrested. So next in line is Mike Pompeo. Better start congratulating President Pompeo.
How can Trump legally resume the office of the president? It needs to be done by the law. You could be right, either way Trump will be president at some point in the near future. But I don't see how we can get around Pompeo being acting president.
I guess they could always have a counter plan. They could make up some fake news about a huge security risk... I don't know, maybe that there are insiders in the National Guard that want to kill Biden. They could then call for an emergency swearing in of Biden at some other location with only those who need to be there, such as the Chief Justice. I don't think this would affect the outcome too much, although it would screw with my prediction. I still think arrests will be made, but it will be a lot messier. Biden won't be sworn in either way. Now that I think of it, this might be my new prediction :)

I don't think anyone is fooled. We are trying to figure out if it is legit, because it was shared by Lin Wood. If 675-EVIL shared an account of Donald Trump, no one would open it...
