Being a Vet, and seeing loads of memos like this during my career, I'm leaning toward this being accurate. The first two lines are about the memo itself. The rest are assumptions. This doesn't violate OPSEC, so no harm, no foul there.

Could be real. Might not be, too.

His advice is sound, though.

Best to heed it...just in case.
