Lin could have been debating whether the account is genuine and then deleted it. Lin also thanked the Melania account so... you know... I think he's fallen for that.

I highly doubt the Melania account is genuine. Telegram is a pretty crappy platform, I doubt Melania is going to bother having an account there, like be realistic.
