What is the significance of this flight?
When you search AE18E3 you get plenty screenshots of this aircraft regularly conducting exercises in South Korea. So I'm not sure if there's any significance at all.
The planes call-sign stands out from every other planes. Not sure if it is a plane that flies often with that call-sign but it could deffo be a message. On the border of North Korea too??
I was in that very spot many years ago. Weird.

필숭?
Nah... 필승. It's a Sino-Korean word. Written in Chinese characters it's 必勝.
It's funny, when I searched the ICAO for that craft (AE18E3) only a few things came up - stuff about the aircraft http://www.ads-b.nl/aircraft.php?id_aircraft=11409635&selectmove=5days And https://qanon.news/Archives/x/3075786 (search for AE18E3, it's someone I.D on there.)
Weird coincidence! Nothing more, I'm sure, but just was cool to see.
What language are you translating from?
It's Korean.
Korean: 'Pilseung' under the newer romanization system. As Hangeul it's 필승. This is a Sino-Korean word. In Chinese characters it's 必勝.
