I think people didnt fully understand Juan's message. He tried to make it extremely clear though. He mentioned the whole story about the AI that can analyze videos, and the importance of confusing them. He also said that what he is going to say next has to be understood with this in mind, and not taken independantly. Then he goes on to say the most absurd story about how Biden will be allowed to be inaugurated and become President for 30-45 days so they can scoop them all in.
My read was: It was a bogus story inserted in there to confuse the black hat AIs. Its so absurd that no one should take it seriously in any way shape or form.
