People were told they would be losing a lot of power because of a windstor

30 to 40 miles per hour with gusts of 60.

For that they said they'd have to turn it off intermittently. They said power lines could be down everywhere. Being in Hurricane Alley I know that's not true not really. Telling people to stay indoors. Really?
