It is a speculation on drop 498.

The expectation is that as we get closer to go time, the increment of time between Pompeo's tweets will decrease.
So we'd expect to go from 60 to 30 to 15, 10, and 5.
As of now the last increment was 4 (?) but that was 25 minutes ago. Maybe that time is important No clue.
