He is a liar and said it went from 15 to 10 to 5 last week. It never did. I checked on every.single.tweet.
I've kept the site on my screen and periodically refresh to see the interval... after an hour passes, though, it all appears to be 1 hr ago... so you might need to count how many were reported in that same hour to see that the interval was shorter?? I have definitely seen several instances of <10 min.

It appears that once a tweet has been out for an hour, it rounds up to a full hour.... so you would need to be looking at them all the time to see when they went for less than an hour... Conversely, you could see how many tweets appeared in an hour timeframe and know that they were less than 30 min apart if there were 4.
