Per Simon Parkes, pay attention to the interval between Pompeo's tweets... when they are close together, "action" is happening. Right now they are definitely less than 30 min apart...
He is a liar and said it went from 15 to 10 to 5 last week. It never did. I checked on every.single.tweet.
It appears that once a tweet has been out for an hour, it rounds up to a full hour.... so you would need to be looking at them all the time to see when they went for less than an hour... Conversely, you could see how many tweets appeared in an hour timeframe and know that they were less than 30 min apart if there were 4.
