Can someone explain the Tweet Deltas to me?

I'm new here, and have read enough to understand the delta's between Q Posts and Trump tweets. However quite a few seem focused on intervals between any political figure's tweets (Pompeo, Obama, ect...) what is the meaning of this?

Obama has nothing to do with the time stamps he is the enemy. The time stamps used to be Trump tweets that would point to the Q post that was relevant but now that Trump is no longer on twitter the tweets started coming from Pompeo. Red pill knows how to figure the time stamps better than any one.
