Yes, and I believe/recall it was Lin who reported it first on his Tweeter account. And not before the supposed Frankfurt raid, which took place a week and half after election night. Number he quoted he kind of alluded to CIA servers proving this it prior to data manipulation. Lin also at the time said KA went red.
