Game of thrones (at least until the last few seasons) is a major red pill. The plot revolves around the govt being illegitimate and the sheer amount of propaganda and lied that theyll use. Everyone knows but plays along and schemes in secret. Also later on theres a plot thats basically hillary vs bernie (this picture is from the climax of that)
This. Particularly the first 3-4 seasons: they were simply put some of the best television ever made bar none.
Then it ended because the show-runners got a star wars deal. And they fucking ENDED it. Now they don't have the Star Wars deal. Oops....
The irony of this comparison is that Cersei didn't go to the Sept because she lured all of her enemies there to die. The Sept reasoned that they'd be able to put her on trial and then put her in prison later, but that was a fatal mistake. The wild fire (a green gooey powder that explodes) killed all of Cersei's enemies, allowing her to become Queen shortly afterward.
In Trump's case, him not being in DC when the military takes over would be him watching the downfall of his enemies from afar.
Everything is right about this besides one thing. They aren't just Trump's enemies. They are the enemies of everybody in the free world.

What adults do with their free time after they take care of their responsibilities is up to them. Your "real-life" as you put it, is no better than the digital ones people enjoy. Some of my best friends are people that I never met, playing video games together while cracking wise or talking of the news of the day.
More importantly this media you are ignoring show parallels and lessons to be learned. Game of Thrones, particularly the books are basically dramatic fiction surrounding the lessons of Sun Tzu's Art of War. Hell, the Harry Potter novels, particularly the later ones, have extreme parallels to happenings of the government and politics today. It astounds me that the liberal left and the swamp, who parade these books as great fiction, are too stupid to see the lessons learned espoused by it.
Also, do not pretend to act as if you do not believe a real-life to better than a digital one. Your statement that you have a "real-life" is absolutely stated in bad faith and shows bias. Right now my opinion of you are anything you have to say is nil since you access to knowledge is only in the "real world", TDW, and the Great Awakenings. See most of the time on the internet, folks when listening to people argue would need some sort of burden of proof of their claims. In this case, I believe within reasonable doubt, that everything you claim is true here. Your storied life. Your adventures. Your past, present, and what you believe now. Its all true... and that is your failing here.

You rattle off your life's work as if it is some sort of resume, look at what I have done. You are literally trying to showing your superiority to me, and to just about anybody who is here reading your story. What a grand life it has been honestly! My life has not been as exciting, but then again, based on what you said here you are literally twice my senior. I still have a lot of living left to do.
See here is the thing: there has never been one post, not one in my history, where the term "I have a real life" has been used as anything other than a pedestal of superiority. You wear your accomplishments like sheath of medals. Because of your storied life, you sit on your high chair and look down at media and the goings on like some curmudgeon, like there is nothing to be gained from studying, watching, and following it.
I looked at what you said in your post about, and what I saw is no growth at all. You essentially doubled down on what you were saying without really even examining what suggesting. What did you say?
Here is the thing though, there is a world you refuse to explore. The internet. Media. Books. There is value to this, and you are actively choosing to dismiss, assuming that what you have seen and done is all you need, and there is no value to any of those things. If there is failing to be had about age an experience, is that with too much of it you assume too much and refuse to embrace what is new and different.
Honestly I choose to see most people here as authentic. Certainly you are. We are all frens here. To be perfectly honest, I like you. You didn't shit on me too much. That is honest and I would offer that it might be something for you to examine, why you would assume that someone is “looking down on anything” because it has the indication of a wound of some sort. Yeah, I was a psychiatric social work specialist so I am coming from that discipline.
