At first I thought "mothball bait". But upon closer inspection, it looks like those guys have all the mountings and gear necessary to be put into action. And then we see towards the end some Bradleys, Bradley command vehicles, and some other vehicle I can't make out (possibly an engineering vehicle or some other kind of support, but it looks like one per command vehicle). So that makes it look more like a full armored cavalry unit on the move.

I really wish people wouldn't go nuts over stuff like this without having more context. When was this filmed? Where are the tanks headed? This could be common place stuff, or at least have nothing whatsoever to do with current happenings.
