Because he’s already arrested???he couldn’t keep it straight. What if the MIL is already in charge and Trump hasn’t been president Since 1/6 or something...that would mean he couldn’t be impeached as president since the power was already handed over to the MIL before speech or something or before articles of impeachment were voted on...
