I know I can get text alerts for the EBS. They typically say turn on the news/go to website: x,y,z. I do not have cable, Just smart TV's. When internet/phones are down/censored, will I be able to "watch" the EBS video from the alert? any thoughts/input?

I have an antenna. Buy one, it'll do wonders, best bet though is going out buying a NOAA alert radio
Pull up a live stream of one of the local channels....?
I'm sure the EBS will be sent through several channels - TV, radio, cellphones, VOA app, and so on. By design, I don't think anyone would be able to miss this kind of thing.
Watch for the smoke signals from Lizzy Warren..
It will just happen, brah - go get an OTA antenna.
That’s really the only TV channel I’d watch right now - The EBS Network.
Some nice background music overlaying scenic 4K fly-overs of American landscapes, interrupted only by a “The storm is upon us” when it starts... and then it switches over to a 24/7 feed of “The Pepe Shadilay Dance Show, brought to you by MyPillow”.
Radio is the only thing that would work in the situation described. I didn't consider my Car radio, Honest to god forgot It had one hahahaha
Get a TV antenna. Any hardware store will have the HD indoor kind that stick on the wall for under $20.
If you live close to a major metro/broadcast area, you can even try using a paper clip as an antenna:

Obviously a real antenna will be a lot better but I would get this figured out today so you can get some actual channels before tomorrow. If you can get any major network this way it is likely you will see whatever is being broadcast tomorrow.
WHAT CHANNEL IS EBS?
