He's gotta be totally neutral. Can't get any more neutral than saying goodbye and vaguely saying good luck to the "new administration" and then leaving all the normies and libtards will assume he's gone once he gets on airforce 1 tomorrow and won't connect what comes next to him. We know what's coming though ;)
