No way. Peter Navarro put out a report detailing HOW the election was stolen. They have the proof. Even DNI John Ratcliffe put out a report detailing how China and other countries interfered in our election.

He chose to focus on his accomplishments. Underscoring all the things we will lose and more if what is being attempted is allowed to happen. Reminding us of who we are, in his eyes. Talking about election fraud would have muddied that message. And he never once mentioned "Biden" or "Biden administration".
