So my papaw had surgery on his eyes and ended up looking like the current Biden the weird beady eye thing also meds for dementia/Parkinson’s/ Alzheimer’s will change the muscle tone of the face - sometimes permanently. The only thing I can say about the color diff is eye meds or other meds can cause pupil dilation that could cause eyes to appear dark in color. **i think he’s Biden just that it’s time to put him in a home, he looks like a resident.
