Lincoln was the 16th President and we had then Johnson and Grant. Trump would be the 19th.

I was gonna make that point. Thanks ?? Also the actual Jan 20 date change was in 1933 (32 election)... evidently FDR upped the date supposedly to avoid an ongoing investigation before March 4 Inauguration. Sorry no link but maybe someone could add to this?
