A good portion of people are still too brainwashed to accept this news from Trump directly. It has to come from the military, this has to look like he had nothing to do with it.

When would Trump hand over authority to the military? Has he already done it??
If the FEMA angle is what is really going on, I would assume it was the moment when they entered DC. I am not sure but I don't know if there is anything that happens after. Maybe when FEMA is "called" they receive their marching orders or "rules of engagement" So if this idea is correct if would have to have already happened I assume.
