If he doesn't show up, the presidency defaults to the person who got the second most votes aka Donald J. Trump. I'm sure that would go over real well with the people Biden sold his soul to.

You are attributing normal human emotional motivations to someone that all evidence suggests is without a soul. If he goes tomorrow, and I have every reason to think he will, he will be doing so because they own his soul, not because he wants to.
