I've seen a few people around the interwebz comment something to the effect that;

There are 30k troops mobilized in DC, NG mobilized in MULTIPLE states. DC AND MANY state capitols are looking literal war zones.

Do you really have to wonder if the IA was invoked?

Makes sense to me....
