I just hope all this talk about Trump somehow "leaving office" doesn't happen - DAMMIT I WANT HIM TO REMAIN IN OFFICE UNTIL HE IS DECLARED THE WINNER OF THE ELECTION HE RIGHTFULLY WON. This I cannot be sure about.

If I follow your math, as long as someone remains inside the physical boudaries of DC, they are subject to the legal authority of DC, which currently is FEMA? Question: Who's the top authority in the non-emergency jurisdictions?
