Aside from what the other commenter said, Trump is the Commander in Chief and he called the troops to DC, and he also repeatedly told us they are the good guys. They're there because he wants them there. They're on our side, not the DS. The DS doesn't control the military. Even Nancy couldn't do shit about the troops coming - remember a week or two ago when she started freaking out and asked a Joint Chief what could be done (and for her, nothing)?
Trump DID NOT call the troops in DC. Don't get it twisted. He controls them since they're in DC and that's his jurisdiction, but the people that called them in was the Department of Homeland Security, Congress, and the Department of the Interior. Reportedly, the Guard deployment was signed off by Vice President Pence, ordered by Acting Secretary of Defense Miller, and executed by Army Secretary Ryan D. McCarthy.
On the other hand though, it also seems like that more national guard showed up then they thought, they know trump has taken out the main leaders, they are scrambling like rats trying to gain control, their last tactic is the media, media flips the narrative to push propaganda, Leftist take it as they are there for maga supporters (we all know maga people wouldn’t do anything) and the maga supporters see it as “damn they have control and we can’t do anything”. Manipulation on the left and demoralization on the right. Just trying to see the DS tactics and it seems like the media is the only tool they have left and are using it to their full power. They removed trump so he can not counter the narrative. Part of demoralization, make the right feel shut out and speechless. So I see it as them trying to minupulate and demoralize society as a whole and if the media and people don’t cover what’s really going on, maybe they can push it under the carpet, but that doesn’t mean they will be successful, but they deffinitly aren’t going down without a fight to the end
That’s interesting. They also kicked T_D off Reddit about a day before they launched the China Virus. That was one of the ways they pushed that whole thing through. Normies were prevented from lurking. We were temporarily scattered. A lot of us bought in to the leaked videos. They manipulated all that conflict and confusion and then pushed their narrative through. Impeachment was probably intended as a distraction from the start.
Also notice when the corporate media refuses to pursue a narrative that would bank them huge ratings. Like the Election Fraud. That could have been an enormous news cycle. Ratings would have skyrocketed. Their control over people’s attention would have increased. So money, relevance, ratings, attention - they turned all that down because they refused to even consider the idea that Biden didn’t win.
Upvoted for making an effort, but I just don't buy it.
They control everything and have all the power already. They don't need to invest that amount of resources purely for optics. They have already convinced the masses that they won and have demoralized most of the right.
I don't believe so much would be invested into logistics and deployment of military operations, unless there was a clear reason that command thought it would be necessary.

Where have you been with all the fake COVID scare and making the planet wear diapers on their face, plus all the 'resources' they gave so much shit about when instituting lockdowns, destroying the economy, and putting the country in a new digital tracking system that is about to mimic China's social credit system?
They overexaggerated their plans to the point where people are about to accept loss of liberty just in order to get back to what they think will be normal again. And you're telling us that putting resources into 26,000 troops is "so much"? That's peanuts to what we just experienced. You need better perspective.
They shouldn't be able to. Just think through the situation logically.
Can you come up with even a single remotely plausible explanation for why 25k+ troops would be needed in DC?
If you can, I'd love to hear it. If not, you have no reason to doubt what is coming.

To which I would ask, why deputize over 2,000 NG to be US Marshalls? Can you think of a way that sends a message to us?
