That's his body guard. Probably a strait up Spec Ops soldier from China. Their Navy Seals. Bet me... that's the one asshole that's going to end up shot dead when this all goes down cause he's not going to surrender.

That's not a coincidence that an oriental man is following him around. If that guy is legit Secret Service then someone is utterly clueless about optics. This looks HORRIBLE. SMH...
