Yeah this wouldn't surprise me. The country has been so poorly mismanaged for years. They're probably tired of running dirty and unethical operations for politicians that are really just petulant children who squander the wealth the wars bring them. Meanwhile their homeland and family has spoiled because of administrative rot.
