Wrinkled flags??

During GHWB's funeral, he had a wrinkled flag over his coffin. To my little knowledge on the subject, that indicates he was a traitor. So, would that mean that Trump was indicating that there are 4 traitors? 4 wrinkled flags, 4 traitors??? If so, HANG 'EM HIGH!!!
