I have done quite a bit of reading and assimilating the last few days, one thing I don't understand, so I'm hoping someone can explain it. Why wait until the last possible moment, right before Biden is sworn in? There is so much evidence, I don't know why it has to wait?

None of us knows why. Anyone that says they do know, is lying. All we can do is watch, wait, and pray.
I think they have to swear Biden in to complete the steal. Not all is at it seems as we are transitioning into military oversite and control. Can't charge them for the Full Monty unless they choose to walk around nekkid. I think at anytime the they could have blinked and done the right thing. I believe the plan allowed for them to change their minds and do the right thing at anytime, however to tomorrow they will seat a fraudulent president and it will seal their fates as a result. So last possible moment action was always part of the plan.
Here's why:
The Castle has been captured.
Once POTUS leaves DC, later this morning, the illegal CORPORATION OF THE US will be declared a foreign enemy inside the reclaimed sovereign land of the LEGAL United States per our original Constitution that was illegally amended in 1871.
The fence is our new border. The troops will be acting as border control to contain the swamp creatures until tribunals can commence. There have been and will likely continue to be additional arrests of state officials and other bad actors outside of DC, but the head rats will walk right into the trap on their own. The trap can only spring shut AFTER all the swamp creatures are inside...gathered together for the inauguration that will never happen.
We have waited so long for this day. Just a few more hours...
Same reason why Trump grounded Nancy's plane when it was on the tarmac. Humiliating, and they can't do anything about it!
I think it might be because it gives the swamp very little time to respond, if they could at all. Also, based on what I've seen from Trump interviews in the past, when people screw him over, he wouldn't pass up an opportunity to screw them harder and that was just related to business deals. This is much bigger. I think he wants to humiliate them and crush them in the worst way possible, which I can understand. I would be extremely vindictive too if I had to watch the democrats and the media commit libel and try to character assassinate me EVERY.SINGLE.DAY.
