They have to prove that what is legally recognized as an election even occurred in order to legitimize any “swearing-in” ceremony for the presidency. Such proof is impossible to produce because such an election did not occur. Therefore, your theory that “it’s over” in the event of a swear-in proves false.
The time for that was January 6th. Spineless R’s failed to even raise the issue. If Biden is sworn in today, it’ll be as binding as any other presidential swearing in ceremony ever has been, regardless of the heaps of fraud involved. If the plan doesn’t come to fruition before noon EST today, we’ll all be living in the USSA by nightfall. To pretend otherwise is delusional and delusion is counterproductive.
Actually, according to federal law including the constitution, it must be proven that what is legally required to be an election has even occurred. It doesn’t matter what Rs did or not. Ds must prove that Hoe/Biden won a legal election that occurred. They haven’t.

IF Biden gets sworn in and this is in fact a sting operation, he has "completed the crime" and then can be arrested for "stealing an election."
I admit I could be wrong but I think we have to see the act completed before he gets arrested.
Lastly, just because he becomes CIC in title does NOT erase the fraud. If MI has all the evidence then they can arrest him/them and begin the process of tribunals and executions.
Bottom line -- I don't think being sworn in will save him/them; he's NOT immune from his crimes just because his new title says he is CIC.
